GOprofessionals is an exclusive
Directory with a strictly limited number of listings for each business
type within each city.
Exclusive: Only
three listings for each sub-category will be selected for listing in the
first year with an additional one listed each year with the number
capped at a maximum of 6 listings.

GOprofessionals can bring new clients to your business.
Telephone or face to face
appointments?
Our viewers will nominate the type of appointment required at the time
of making the appointment. If you prefer you can opt to provide
telephone consultations only, particularly if listing in other cities
where a face to face consultation is impractical. It is anticipated telephone consultations
will become more
popular as time goes on.
How
does it work?
Our viewers seeing your listing will telephone the GOprofessionals 800
toll free number during business hours to make an appointment. We will
make the appointment with you on our viewers behalf by accessing the secured
AppointmentDiary we provide you with. You can either accept the
appointment or telephone them back to reschedule another time.
In addition to the above; new clients can also make an
online appointment direct by using the link provided on the Directory listing.
Your AppointmentDiary will show how the appointment was made whether
direct by the viewer or by the GOprofessionals Call Center.
How many Listings may you apply for?
More than one listing can be made in different cities providing you are legally able to
provide consultations to people within that state or city.
Duration of your Listing(s)?
Your listing will appear each month and can be cancelled anytime at
your or our discretion.
Because of the work involved in creating your listing and the ongoing
costs involved - refunds are not available.
Advantages of pre-booked telephone consultations?
It is a new concept and the advantages are many - it is a 'green'
initiative; reducing gasoline usage and travel time. It is also easy to
use and is less stressful for the client. For you, the
obvious advantages being lower overheads, ability to fill appointment gaps and
you get to choose the time
put aside for telephone consultations to suit
yourself and your business.
Email and text messages confirmations
and reminders?
If a customer/client makes an online appointment with you, you will
immediately receive an email confirmation and if required an SMS text
confirmation detailing the time chosen for the appointment.
Larger
businesses may take this information and check internal diaries. If the time
chosen by the client does not suit, you can contact the client and make an
alternative time for the consultation. There is no need to replace or
synchronize your
existing appointment system unless you wish to do so. The client will
receive an email confirmation with your terms and conditions and a reminder email and optional SMS text
message.

placed on your web site or on other Directories you may be listed on.

What
about support for the AppointmentDiary?
WEB BY DESIGN are also licensed distributors of AppointmentDiary and will
setup the AppointmentDiary system for you and provide ongoing telephone and email support
as required. In need, for the larger business, advanced versions
including Hosted Enterprise and Server Enterprise are also available at
additional cost.
Security and the
Appointment System?
AppointmentDiary is a GObookings system.
GObookings is well established with a
satisfied client base.
GObookings clients
within the USA, UK and Australia include a mix of Federal and State Government departments,
medical service companies, legal firms, universities, global
corporations, medium to large and small businesses... all successfully using the
appointment scheduling booking systems as an integral part of their
operations. Security is provided by firewall technology and
128 bit SSL encryption. Web By Design will provide set assistance and
ongoing support for your AppointmentDiary.
Your Charges - For telephone and
face to face consultations, to establish an
ongoing relationship with the new client you may consider providing
a short initial consultation free
of charge. You can then advise the cost of future consultations. The
likelihood of repeat consultations will need to be considered by you with
the decision in your hands. For further telephone consultations the
client can use the same
method of booking and you would then bill them by mail or charge the patient/clients credit card when you call to
provide the telephone consultation.
Alternatively you may prefer to not offer a free initial consultation...
the decision is yours.
GOprofessionals Charges - The WEB
BY DESIGN INC automated billing system built into your AppointmentDiary
will charge your nominated credit card for your listing and services:
- a once only $50 setup fee then $20 a
month for each listing on the GOprofessionals Directory web site.
- Cell phone text messages are .30 cents for each SMS text reminder or confirmation.
- Should an attachment (<2Mb) be made
when a client schedules an appointment themselves then a resource
charge of 75 cents per view by the
subscriber applies to cover storage and bandwidth.
- An introductory price of $5 for leads generated
by the GOprofessionals Directory to cover Call Center and
AppointmentDiary system costs.
GOprofessionals may increase charges at their discretion from time to
time but will
provide at least one months notice of doing so. You can cancel your
account anytime.
Logo banner if required
If you require your own banner
WEB BY DESIGN INC will need a copy of your logo for graphic
artists to produce a logo banner to be placed at the top of your
AppointmentDiary to replace the default banner. This graphic information
is taken from your web site. Should you not have a web site or logo then
the artists will create a substitute text banner for $110.
Term
Monthly until canceled. You may cancel your listing on GOprofessionals anytime without penalty.
Any amounts owing are to be paid promptly before canceling.
Liability - WEB BY DESIGN INC, GOprofessionals and
GObookings AppointmentDiary and their agents and partners take no responsibility whatsoever for any losses you may incur or claims
you may make or
claims your clients may make and it is a prerequisite to placing a listing on
GOprofessionals that you must read, understand and agree with our Terms

Exclusivity of Listings
GOprofessionals is providing an exclusive
advantage for its early adopter consultants. For the first 12 months there will be a limit of
no more than 3 listings only, for each city, for each sub-category of
consultancy service. No
more than one listing will be added each year with a maximum cap of 6
listings.
The numbers will be reviewed each year by WEB BY DESIGN INC and their partners/advisors and may or may not increase
at their discretion.
